Boost focus with the proven 25/5 Pomodoro technique. Free online timer with sound alerts and session tracking.
The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It uses a timer to break work into 25-minute focused intervals (called "pomodoros"), separated by short 5-minute breaks.
After completing 4 pomodoros, you take a longer 15–30 minute break. This rhythm trains your brain to focus deeply and rest deliberately — dramatically improving productivity and reducing mental fatigue.
