2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Pipstario's Service.

3. Subscription Terms

Pipstario offers various subscription plans with the following terms:

• Free Trial: 14 days with access to limited features across 3 platforms
• Paid Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.

5. Refund Policy

Digital planner purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link is accessed. For subscription services, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Please see our Refund Policy page for complete details.

6. User Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to the data you create and store in Pipstario. We will never sell your personal information to third parties. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
